Starbucks is working with Alibaba to introduce delivery service in China

Starbucks and Alibaba announced their strategic cooperation on August 2, 2018. Based on Alibaba's well-established Ele.me distribution system, Starbucks is going to test this delivery service at its 150 stores in Beijing, and Shanghai, and gradually extend service to the entire country. Being an exclusive cooperation, the Starbucks delivery service cannot be offered on other delivery systems such as Eleme’s competitor Meituan.To meet consumer demand for outbound delivery, Starbucks will partner with Hema Xiansheng to deliver groceries in stores and build about 600 "Starbucks Delivery Kitchens"...
